It is over 48 hours and I’ve not yet been returned to POWER. Forced to use this… limited portal to the real world (internet), I RAGE in my boredom. Beware, I SHALL return, and when I do, I shall spread nothing of significance unto the world wide web.

Braaaaains

I’m sorta alive. SORTA.

Basically, moved living location and STILL waiting for the telephony and internet services to activate at my new place. I’m currently in my hometown for the weekend, and hopefully I’ll get net back by the time I get home.

Naturally, I got a bunch of stuff while I’ve been away, and took a buncha random pics. My current setup’s not really conducive to writing though, but I’ll try to get some content up regardless. Even if it’s just piccage.

Updates a’coming

Long weekend with nothing to do, guess I’ll take pics when my camera’s charged up and do some reviews. I’m gonna dig through my boxes and see if there’s anything special I can do. Oh, and Figma Signum rocks quite a bit. I’ve bought Figma but have never found the opportunity to play with them. After all these months, I finally took Signum out for a test run and wowzers, she’s awesome. That is all… for now.

Non-Update Update

Between fatigue from changing shifts to stupid family drama to financial exhaustion to moving to a new place this coming weekend to probably no internet until phone lines are re-established… yes, I have “off screen” reasons for not updating as regularly lately. Hopefully when I return in full, not everyone will have gone off forever.

I was perusing 4chan’s toy boards when I saw this Nightbeat pic on one of the pages… I’m so proud. It’s like that time someone posted the RotF Megatron Fanmode pic on 2chan. Somehow, being on a board with fake penises stuck on Figma Itsuki and Revoltech Yotsuba having tea and cookies with McFarlane Master Chief and TFA Bulkhead, makes this all worth it.

Chun Li review at Scary Crayon

Ordinarily, I don’t plug reviews, but check out the Chun Li review at Scary Crayon. If nothing else, the amount of work that went into it is quite impressive. It’s also notable for being the only review out there that’s made me give a dang heck about NECA’s Chun Li, and a lot of that has to do with the Sprite Comparison Poses you’ll find in the review. I don’t know, NECA’s Chun Li still looks “off” to me, but check the review out and see if it changes your mind any.

Action Figure Reviews has also been updating lately. Of particular note for me personally, is the Kiwami Ryuki review.

Virtual Ninja Turtle Museum’s also got some new content, mostly Ninja Turtles stuff, but they’ve also got some Marvel Legends (Nemesis series) and Futurama stuff up.

It Figures has recently added in a Transmetal Optimus Primal review as well.

Finally, CollectionDX has a wide variety of content up, even for the non-import or KO buffs. Buuuuut they hardly require my pimpin’ eh?
